This ‘27 Packard was the first hydrogen powered car in Finland. It was converted sometime in the late 20’s or early 30’s by gas company Woikoski.

The owner of the company is a keen car enthusiast. He races in several race classes and he has a car museum too. Here’s an unrestored Chrysler racer from early 30’s that he has in the museum.

I was actually just looking at a picture of that car trying to figure out what it is.

I think that the body doesn’t have much left from the original body.

Cool stuff there. I didn’t know a lot of it. It will be interesting to see how technology progresses over the next few decades. I feel like some watershed changes are coming.

Unrestored cars look so much more real to me. A spotless, completely restored car seems to quit being a car and start being a toy or something. People used to drive these, they were dirty and dented and used just like we use cars today. They weren’t kept in pristine, polished, better than factory condition all the time.
